PERSON QUESTIONED IN UES SEWER INCIDENT: Police are questioning a person believed to be one of the men seen climbing out of a manhole near 535 Park Ave. and East 61st Street on Wednesday, ABC7 New York reports. No charges have been filed, and at least two others are still being sought. Sources say the incident may be connected to a pattern of more than 20 similar cases involving people entering the sewer system to search for valuables. The NYPD and federal agents also conducted additional sweeps because of the UN General Assembly and the proximity to where Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had briefly stayed, but nothing suspicious was found.
