Hungary's Magyar government has formally declared Russia a threat to Hungary, Europe and the global order, while reaffirming support for Ukraine's territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders - a major shift from Viktor Orbán's previous resistance to EU action against Moscow. Hungary, however, still refuses to supply weapons to Ukraine, and its existing energy agreements with Russia remain in place.
