Three people were seen climbing out of a Manhattan manhole early Wednesday near the Upper East Side hotel where Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to stay during the United Nations General Assembly, police said. The three were spotted around 4:35 a.m. near Park Avenue and East 61st Street, several blocks from the Loews Regency hotel, according to police. The individuals left the area in two vehicles and drove north on Park Avenue. No arrests had been reported.
