🌊 WATCH: FLASH FLOODS SWEEP THROUGH ISTANBUL: Severe flooding struck Istanbul, Turkey, Wednesday after torrential rain inundated roads, homes and transit areas. In the Sarıyer district, a city bus and other vehicles were caught and pushed by powerful floodwaters, forcing stranded passengers to climb onto the roofs of vehicles while waiting to be rescued. No deaths or serious injuries were immediately reported.
