🛒 DOORDASH IN ADVANCED TALKS TO BUY INSTACART: DoorDash is in advanced talks to acquire grocery-delivery rival Instacart in a deal reportedly valued at around $17 billion, according to The Wall Street Journal, citing people familiar with the matter. A deal could come as soon as this week, though the talks could still fall apart. Instacart is no longer in active talks with Uber, which had also held preliminary discussions, the report said.
