🇮🇱⚓️ SECRET MISSION REVEALED — IDF BROUGHT SUBMARINER HOME FOR BROTHER’S FUNERAL: An extraordinary Israeli military operation from last year has reportedly been revealed: an Israeli Navy submariner was serving on a classified mission at one of the farthest points ever reached by an Israeli force when commanders learned his brother had been killed fighting in Gaza. With the submarine unable to return for weeks, the Navy and Air Force launched a secret operation involving another vessel, special forces and a helicopter to extract him at sea. Roughly 24 hours later, he was on his way home and reached Israel in time for the funeral, where he was able to say Kaddish for his brother. The submarine continued its mission and returned weeks later, where the bereaved family waited at the dock to thank the commanders who made it possible.
