*ARREST FOOTAGE:* An Israeli Arab from Biina in the Galilee, Amir Hisham Mohammad Titi, 34, has been charged with spying for Iran after allegedly receiving payment for gathering intelligence. Prosecutors say the ambulance driver exploited his access to medical centers across Israel to pass his Iranian handler information on hospitals' emergency preparedness, and that during a visit by President Isaac Herzog and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich to Nahariya's Galilee Medical Center, he proactively alerted his handler to their presence. He's also accused of documenting the Sharon-region community where former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant lives, though he's not known to have reached Gallant's actual residence.
