🧠 NEURALINK: THOUGHT TO TEXT AND SPEECH: Neuralink says Telepathy-trial participants have typed by imagining finger movements on a mental 10-key layout, with company-reported speeds of up to 40 words per minute and no need to move their hands. Separately this week, its VOICE trial posted a clip of an ALS participant converting intended speech into spoken words, including “I love you.” Neuralink says both efforts aim to restore faster communication for people who cannot speak; the results are company-reported clinical-trial demos, not a consumer product.
