🇰🇵 KIM JONG UN: NEW DESTROYER TO JOIN NORTH KOREA’S NUCLEAR RESPONSE SYSTEM: Kim Jong Un says North Korea’s newly commissioned 5,000-ton Kang Kon destroyer will become part of the country’s nuclear response system and could carry out “annihilating retaliatory strikes” if ordered, according to KCNA. Commissioned Sunday in Wonsan, it is the second vessel of its class. Kim also announced plans to expand North Korea’s naval nuclear capabilities with new bases, units, and additional classes of warships.
