🚗 FORD UNVEILS $28,350 ELECTRIC TRUCK THAT CAN POWER YOUR HOME: Ford has confirmed its upcoming Fathom electric pickup will feature bidirectional charging, allowing it to supply more than 10 kilowatts of electricity to a home without a separate wall-mounted inverter. Starting at $28,350 before fees, the truck is expected to launch in 2027 as the first vehicle built on Ford’s new Universal EV Platform. Production will take place at its Louisville, Kentucky, plant, which is undergoing a $2 billion overhaul. Home backup power will require additional Ford equipment.
