A civilian whose actions were captured on video during Saturday's deadly shooting outside an Idaho In-N-Out Burger said in an ABC News interview that the gunman lost his confidence after he returned fire, a confrontation police say likely prevented additional casualties. Jordan Salinas, 35, said he was driving near the Twin Falls restaurant with his girlfriend when they saw people running. He then spotted the suspected gunman, identified as 24-year-old Chad Williams, aiming a rifle at passing vehicles.
