The Trump administration is expanding its healthcare fraud crackdown after a federal task force identified an estimated $230 billion in fraudulent activity. Federal prosecutors say 19 people in Pennsylvania have been charged with allegedly stealing more than $4 million from Medicaid through fraudulent home healthcare billing. Investigators claim some defendants billed for care while they were hospitalized, working other jobs, or even in jail, while one worker allegedly submitted claims for 126 hours of work in a single day.
