*SCOOP:* Deputy National Security Adviser Andy Baker is expected to leave the Trump administration in the coming weeks, Axios reports. Baker, who has also served as Vice President JD Vance's national security adviser and was personally involved in this year's Iran negotiations, is closing out an 18-month tenure at the center of the administration's foreign policy decision-making. A source close to Baker said he wants to spend more time with his family and stayed on months longer than planned to ensure an orderly transition.
