Yashar party chairman Gadi Eisenkot and former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, leader of the Beyachad party, reportedly met Thursday evening at Bennett’s home in Ra’anana, to discuss ways to move forward with the possibility of forming a new government. The meeting comes after Israel’s election left Netanyahu’s coalition with 53 seats and the Change Bloc with 48, neither reaching the 61 seats needed for a majority. Coalition negotiations are now underway, with no agreement announced.
