🏠 U.S. HOME SELLERS OUTNUMBER BUYERS BY RECORD 63%: The number of active U.S. home sellers rose 1.2% in September to 1.51 million, the highest since March 2020, while active buyers fell 2.4% to about 929,000, the lowest in Redfin records dating back to 2013. That leaves a record gap of nearly 582,000, with 62.6% more sellers than buyers nationwide, giving buyers significantly more negotiating power.
