🇧🇷 BRAZIL ELECTION UPDATE: LULA LEADS IN EARLY RUNOFF RESULTS: Brazilian President Lula reportedly leads Flávio Bolsonaro 57.66% to 42.34%, with just 0.25% of polling stations counted. Vote counting was paused after the Supreme Court extended voting nationwide by two hours, until 7 p.m. local time, following transportation disruptions and severe weather. The early results are largely from Lula strongholds in northern and northeastern Brazil and are not representative of the final outcome. Bolsonaro won the October 4 first round with 47.03% to Lula’s 45.16%.
