🚆 NEW — TRUMP ADMINISTRATION DROPS GATEWAY TUNNEL APPEAL: The Trump administration has dropped its appeal seeking to restore a federal funding freeze on the $16 billion Gateway Tunnel project, which will build new rail tunnels under the Hudson River between New Jersey and New York. The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals said New York, New Jersey and the federal government agreed to dismiss the appeal, according to the New Jersey Monitor.
