*WATCH:* Secretary of State Marco Rubio defended the administration's decision to bar CNN, MS NOW and Politico from the White House, saying the outlets are not being shut down or prevented from operating elsewhere. "We are not closing CNN," Rubio said. "They're just not allowed to work from the White House." The three outlets have filed a federal lawsuit seeking to restore their access.
