*BUILDING PARTIALLY COLLAPSES IN CENTRAL TEL AVIV; NO INJURIES REPORTED:* Part of a vacant building undergoing renovation on Nahalat Binyamin Street in Tel Aviv partially collapsed Wednesday morning, prompting a large emergency response. Police said no injuries had been reported, and rescue crews searched the debris to make sure no one was trapped. Police closed three nearby intersections and evacuated residents from neighboring building.
