🛰️ REUTERS: ORDER LIMITING UKRAINE'S STARSHIELD CAME FROM INSIDE WHITE HOUSE: An order restricting Ukraine's use of SpaceX's military Starshield satellite system originated inside the White House, Reuters reports, citing two U.S. officials and a Western official. Starshield terminals were capped at 100 mph on Oct. 14, which Ukrainian officials said disrupted drone operations, including interceptor drones used against Russian attack drones. Reuters did not identify who in the White House authorized the limits. A senior U.S. official said President Trump did not personally direct them. Ukrainian sources say connectivity has since been at least partly restored.
