IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir on Monday instructed the military’s top legal official to examine possible legal action against the documentary “NAZA” and those involved in its production, while separately ordering a review of the leaking of classified materials used in the film. Zamir convened senior commanders to discuss the film, which features anonymous testimonies from 24 people described as Israeli intelligence personnel and soldiers. The documentary alleges that Israel used AI-assisted systems in Gaza operations that resulted in civilian deaths. The IDF has not viewed the full film and has rejected claims circulating in promotional material.
