🇺🇦🇺🇸🇷🇺 *ZELENSKY SLAMS EASING OF RUSSIAN DIESEL SANCTIONS:* Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reportedly criticized the easing of sanctions on Russian petroleum products, calling it an “obvious sign of weakness” without a clear and lasting de-escalation agreement. He warned that allowing Russia to sell diesel would help finance and prolong the war, saying “gifts to Putin will not bring peace.” Zelensky also proposed a reciprocal halt to attacks on energy infrastructure, saying Ukraine would stop striking Russian oil refineries if Russia stops targeting Ukraine’s energy system, and said Kyiv has presented the proposal to Washington.
