NEW: President Trump says he has not decided whether to keep U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro in her position after she dropped charges related to alleged vandalism at the Lincoln Reflecting Pool. Trump said he told Pirro he was "NOT happy" with the decision, adding, "She was totally wrong." He argued the vandalism was clearly visible on video and said there were "1-2 witnesses," calling it “major vandalism."
