Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia has launched 76 attacks on Ukraine’s energy, oil, and gas infrastructure since President Trump announced an energy ceasefire one week ago. Overnight strikes hit electrical substations in four regions, leaving tens of thousands of families without power, while attacks on residential buildings killed two people and injured 12, including two children. Zelenskyy said Russia launched nearly 2,700 drones, 1,700 aerial bombs, and 66 missiles over the past week, accusing Moscow of deliberately trying to cause widespread blackouts despite U.S. sanctions relief and diplomatic efforts.
