🇺🇸🇷🇺 WITKOFF HANDS PUTIN NEW RUSSIA-UKRAINE PEACE PROPOSAL: During talks in St. Petersburg on Wednesday, U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff handed Russian President Vladimir Putin documents outlining elements of a proposed peace agreement to end the war in Ukraine, telling him, “You’ll read that at your leisure later on.” Jared Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law and adviser, was expected to join the discussions virtually shortly afterward. The proposal follows Witkoff’s talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and European leaders in Norway.
