TEVERIA'S STORY: After Churban Bayit Sheini, the Sanhedrin eventually settled in Teveria. The Talmud Yerushalmi was completed there, and the nikud we read in every Chumash was developed here. At the Chamat Teveria national park you can still see an ancient shul whose mosaic floor was discovered in 1920.
