THE SHOMRON MEETS THE BIKA! Work began today on paving a new road from Alon Moreh down to Mechora in the Bika (Jordan Valley). Beyond cutting travel time, the road links the Shomron directly to the Bika and strengthens the growth of Jewish communities across Yehuda and Shomron. The paving is expected to take about a week.
