Mayor Sadiq Khan has had a conviction for failing to pay the capital’s £12.50-a-day ULEZ charge withdrawn after it emerged he had been targeted by a scam. Khan had been convicted in his absence after a fraudulent vehicle was allegedly registered in his name, leaving him wrongly liable for the charge.
