A teenager has been fined after giving a Nazi salute outside a Hertfordshire synagogue as people left the synagogue on Shabbos. Kamil Mach, 19, of Watford, admitted religiously aggravated harassment at St Albans Magistrates' Court and was ordered to pay £785.
