Two men jailed for the killing of PC Andrew Harper are set to remain behind bars after Prime Minister Andy Burnham changed the government’s planned early-release scheme. Prisoners convicted of unlawful killing, including manslaughter, will now be excluded. Albert Bowers and Jessie Cole were serving 13-year sentences and had faced release at the halfway point. The decision follows strong opposition from PC Harper’s family. *Join London Info for Immediate Updates from London's Jewish Communities.* To Join *LondonInfo Status* https://wa.me/+447471241799?text=Signup To Join a *LondonInfo News Group* https://chat.whatsapp.com/LDBLGUbAkA505NNbwAE6QJ
