A 49-year-old Iraqi national has been charged with failing to disclose information about terrorist activity in connection with last year’s deadly Manchester synagogue attack on Yom Kippur. Hekmat Omar Ali Hakim is accused under the Terrorism Act and will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
