After being alerted to the vandalism, Raman’s office worked to have the hateful markings covered while preserving the colorful community artwork on the utility box. The incident serves as another troubling reminder of antisemitic vandalism appearing around Los Angeles. The graffiti has since been covered and the utility box restored.
