Dramatic 170 Freeway Rollover Caught On Dashcam Dramatic dashcam footage captured a wild multi-vehicle crash on the 170 Freeway in North Hollywood early Tuesday morning that sent a car rolling over the center divider and into oncoming traffic. CHP says the crash happened around 5:30 a.m. on the southbound 170, just south of the Oxnard Street exit. Video appears to show a pickup truck suddenly swerving left and striking a sedan, sending the car flipping over the divider and landing upside down in the northbound lanes. The pickup then collided with at least two additional vehicles. Despite the frightening crash, officials said no one was transported to the hospital. The collision caused a roughly three-mile traffic backup to Roscoe Boulevard while CHP and tow crews cleared the freeway.
