CONGERS: Repairs to the Congers Lake Trailway are now more than halfway complete and remain on schedule, according to the Town of Clarkstown. Crews are installing additional supports beneath the boardwalk to strengthen the structure. The project is expected to be completed by mid-November, allowing residents to once again enjoy the full loop around Congers Lake.
