An insightful afternoon with our Essex Police team. We were invited for a briefing on their Live Facial Recognition system, and then went to see the van in operation in the town centre - how the CCTV system works, how alerts are handled, and the safeguards in place. Thank you to the officers for taking the time to show us around, explain the technology, and for all the work you do keeping the town centre safe. Great to build the relationship between the Police and the community. #Westcliff
