The U.S. is deploying additional F-16 and F-35 fighter jets, along with aerial refueling aircraft, to the Middle East, according to U.S. officials. The move, ordered before Iran's recent attack in Jordan that killed two U.S. soldiers, comes as tensions with Iran continue to escalate. Some of the additional aircraft may be stationed at Israeli Air Force bases, according to an Israeli military official. Source: NYT
