Qatar and Pakistan have presented Washington with a new proposal: $6 billion in frozen Iranian funds released in exchange for IAEA inspector access to Iran's nuclear sites. Both the American and Iranian sides are said to be receptive. The proposal surfaced during the Pakistani army chief's visit to Tehran, per Al-Araby Al-Jadeed.
