As Rockland Daily first reported yesterday, the Route 59 bridge over South Pascack Road in Spring Valley officially reopened to traffic this morning at 5:00 a.m., following the completion of the NYSDOT project ahead of schedule. Motorists should still expect periodic lane closures in the coming weeks as crews continue additional on-site work.
