British Airways is planning a major lounge upgrade at London Heathrow, with a new Terminal 5 C-gates lounge set to open by the end of 2028. The new lounge will feature airfield views, dining, work and relaxation areas, showers and a massive 17-meter bar. BA will also introduce a new First Class check-in experience at Terminal 3 with American Airlines, plus a revamped arrivals lounge opening in 2027. A new private Concorde Lounge will offer First Class passengers enhanced dining, concierge service and a more exclusive setting.
