Senior officials at Israel’s Transportation Ministry tell Maariv:
“If it is found that Pinchas Idan warned Israel Airports Authority CEO Sharon Kedmi about a shortage of workers and staffing difficulties, and that the CEO was aware of the problem but failed to address it, there will be consequences.
If IAA management knew about the shortage and did not act, personal conclusions will have to be drawn — either the CEO will be fired, or the board will convene and decide to end the chairman’s tenure.”
