✈️ GPS Jamming Under Investigation After Fatal Medevac Crash in New Mexico The NTSB is investigating the May 14 crash of a Beechcraft King Air C90 air ambulance near Ruidoso, New Mexico, that killed all four people aboard. The crew reported losing GPS while White Sands Missile Range was conducting military GPS-jamming operations. ATC temporarily asked the military to stop the jamming, but it resumed shortly before the aircraft crashed into the Capitan Mountains. Three other aircraft also reported GPS disruptions that night. The NTSB has not determined that GPS jamming caused the crash, and the final probable-cause report is still pending.
