*15 newborns died in a hospital fire in Pakistan* A horrific tragedy occurred in the Pakistani capital Islamabad at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS). A fire broke out in the gynecology department due to a malfunction in the air-conditioning system. The flames quickly spread through the ward. 16 newborns were inside when the fire started. Only one survived, Reuters reports.
