Striking dashcam footage shows a police officer weaving through a shopping mall parking garage while chasing down a suspect. Police say the driver abandoned a Mercedes and fled on foot after officers observed him driving dangerously at high speeds, while a female passenger allegedly took the wheel and continued driving until officers stopped the vehicle with a tire-deflation device. The man now faces nine charges, including two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, while the woman has been charged with dangerous driving.
