A person was seen dangling from an overpass in downtown Atlanta after a car crashed through part of the roof of a tunnel on Sunday. Video captured by a witness shows the person’s feet hanging above the roadway as the vehicle remained stuck overhead. The witness said traffic had come to a standstill when he noticed people pointing toward the tunnel roof. Local reports said authorities helped the person out of the vehicle and that they escaped without major injuries.
