An Israeli mother and her son from Samaria narrowly escaped a violent mob attack after they accidentally entered Jenin on Thursday afternoon due to a navigation error while driving to friends in Afula. A short time after entering the Palestinian Authority-controlled city, the two were attacked by Arab terrorists. According to initial details, the terrorists threw a brick at the Israeli vehicle and attempted to approach it and attack its occupants. The two civilians managed to escape on their own and leave the city unharmed. They continued to the Jalame Checkpoint, where they linked up with IDF forces. Their vehicle was damaged.
