A Russian drone struck the central building of Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) in Kyiv, Zelensky said. The drone was aimed directly at the office of Security Service chief Oleksandr Poklad. Emergency services are at the scene, and those injured will receive assistance. Zelensky said he ordered Poklad to prepare an “adequate, tangible and, if possible, mirror response” to the Russian strike, with support from Ukraine’s military.
