🌀TRACKING ISAIAS: The NHC expects Isaias to strengthen into a Category 3 major hurricane "soon" as it bears down on the northern Gulf Coast where it is expected to make landfall late Friday into early Saturday. The weather is expected to 'go downhill quickly' today along the coast and residents are being urged to complete their last-minute storm preparations.
