*We wear a uniform. We save lives. Then we go home.* What many people don’t see is that some of the scenes never leave us. As one of the first Hatzola responders at the *Meron tragedy*, the *Ramot bus stop terror attack*, and during the outbreak of the *October 7 war* and the days that followed, I witnessed things that changed me forever.
