Monday evening, Staten Island community leaders and rabbis gathered at the 121st Precinct for an important meeting with the NYPD Borough Chief, all precinct commanders, top chiefs from the FDNY, and representatives from the Department of Sanitation. The meeting was arranged and coordinated by community & law enforcement liaison Ari Weiss, who thanked the chiefs, commanders, and agency leadership for their continued partnership, support, and commitment to standing with our community. With the upcoming Yom Tov season approaching, the meeting provided an important opportunity to discuss security concerns, strengthen communication, and coordinate efforts to ensure increased safety and protection for our community. We are grateful to our NYPD, FDNY, Sanitation, community leaders, and rabbis for coming together and working hand in hand to keep Staten Island safe. Status Island
