He was among the first and loudest voices pushing AI in commercial real estate in general, and in the Jewish and frum business world in particular. He built AveryGPT, an AI platform for commercial real estate, and this past July brought some 550 people to Bell Works for the AiDapt Summit, an AI event benefiting TAG and Tech Flatbush. So his latest message is turning heads. “AI is starting to scare me,” Zlotowitz says in a video posted this week. “Not because of what it can do.
